What kinds of restaurants are listed on Plotos?
We are a one-stop platform that is personalized and tailor-made with its approach as restaurants and their meals are handpicked by the expertise of our nutrition consultant team.
Dubai’s food scene is varied, with an array of options for various restaurants and cuisines and we have made it our mission to go the extra mile to scoop out meals and snacks that fit into our health and lifestyle philosophy.

Can I order any time of the day?
Yes! However, keep in mind, some restaurants may not be open at odd hours. Be sure to check out their operating hours before you decide to place an order.

Can I make cash or credit card payments?
Yes, our Plotos website and app accepts all major debit/credit cards. If you would like to use cash on delivery, make sure to check that box on your order.

Is there a minimum order value?
The minimum order value will depend on the restaurant. Minimum order for most restaurants in Dubai is AED50.

Is there a delivery charge?
Yes, there is an extra delivery fee of 5 AED on each order.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to most commercial and residential locations within Dubai. You can check out our areas of delivery by selecting which neighborhood you would like the delivery to be placed to.

Will my food stay fresh in transit?
Yes! We have specially designed boxes that are nicely lined to ensure that your hot/cold food will be delivered perfectly to your door.

What happens if I’m not home to accept the delivery?
If you have purchased online with a debit/credit card, our courier will drop the box off at your front door (or wherever you specify in your Delivery Instructions).

Do you charge the same prices as the restaurants?
For a competitive market, we try to keep our prices the same for delivery as for their in-house menu. For more questions regarding the menu pricing, please contact the restaurant directly.

Can I place orders in advance?
For some restaurants, you can place your order in advance, or schedule it for a specific time during the day.

Problems with your Order or Delivery

Who do I talk to if there is something wrong with my order or delivery?
If there is something wrong with your order, please contact us at hi@plotos.com or on +971 50 611 4546.

I have food allergies. Can I let the restaurant know?
If there’s anything you are allergic to or ingredient you would not like to include, please make those comments in your order.

Does the delivery reach all areas in Dubai?
Unfortunately, our delivery service is limited to the restaurants near your neighborhood. However, we will continue to work with restaurants near you to expand more options for you!

Account Settings

How do I view my account?
Log in by going to the top right corner of the app/website. Type in your username and password and the site or app will direct you into your account profile.

How do I update my address?
To update your address, log into your account, hover over Account Settings, and click Delivery Information. Select the ‘Edit’ option on the right side of the page and proceed to update your address information. Update your new address and click ‘Save.
