We can think of so many reasons why it is important to have a healthy & nutritious breakfast…and to just name a few, eating the right breakfast will give you energy to concentrate and perform better at school or work, allows you to fuel your body with the right nutrients and vitamins after an overnight fast, may help in weight control, improves your mood and energy levels as well as controls your blood sugar levels.

Oh, my word, talk about stacks of goodness! These pancakes were topped with caramelized bananas, berries and date syrup, top of our list for favorite pancakes!

For the love of smoothie bowls! This berrylicious bowl is packed with all sorts of mixed berries and made with almond milk, chia, maca and best of all topped with their homemade gluten-free granola, banana and strawberry slices! So refreshing and yummy!
III. Shakshuka at Culinary Boutique
Their version of this traditional Middle Eastern dish made with fried eggs and organic Greek yogurt! It was wholesome, hearty and relatively healthy!
IV. Poached Eggs of Multigrain Toast, Homemade Pesto at Jones the Grocer
What can be better than this combo?! Poached eggs, basil pesto with avocado and we also ordered a side of Portobello mushrooms to make it even more of a hearty breakfast meal!
V. Granola and Almond Croissant at La Serre Bistro & Boulangerie
So, when we want to allow ourselves a little cheat meal and breakfast splurge, this is our go-to-place! The smell of the boulangerie is just divine and we enjoyed the granola with some yogurt sweetened with honey and a just melt-in-your-mouth almond croissant!
